Bone Health Playlist on YouTube

Reading Time: 1mins

A few weeks ago, I gave a live presentation all about Bone Health for Runners—specifically, the injuries most runners don’t know much about: bone stress injuries like stress reactions and stress fractures.

I just uploaded a full playlist to YouTube with the full talk plus several short clips that break things down into quick, useful insights.

👉 Watch the playlist here

I’m incredibly passionate about this topic because bone stress injuries are so common—but often misunderstood or missed entirely. I want every runner to have access to this knowledge so they can catch issues early, avoid long layoffs, and stay doing what they love. Sharing this information is one of the most important things I can do as a physical therapist.

Whether you have 5 minutes or 35, there’s something in there for you.

Comment on any video if something resonates—or if you’ve dealt with one of these injuries yourself.

And feel free to share the playlist with a running friend or training partner who could benefit.

Your best is yet to come!
