The Most Common Running Form Mistake (And How to Fix It)

If you asked 100 runners what’s causing their aches and injuries, you’d probably hear 100 different answers.

One of the biggest issues I see during running evaluations comes down to a single number that most runners never pay attention to.

Here’s one thing you’ll learn in this week’s video:

Your running cadence (how many steps you take per minute) can have a major impact on your running efficiency and injury risk. Many runners unknowingly take longer strides than they should, and that simple habit may be working against them.

Your cadence matters more than you think. Taking quicker, shorter steps can improve your running efficiency and may reduce unnecessary stress on your body.

Why does it matter?

A small adjustment to your cadence could help you run more efficiently, reduce stress on your body, and keep you running consistently.

Watch the full video to learn how to fix your common running form mistake.
