A Free Live Event for Runners – Expert Tips and Community Vibes

Reading Time: 1mins

Whether you’re training for your next race or simply looking to run smarter, stronger, and without injury—this event is for you.

Join us for a special 2-hour educational session designed specifically for runners, hosted by Dr. Michael Cortese of Valiant Physical Therapy and three other top fitness professionals who specialize in helping runners thrive. In partnership with the Evanston Running Club!

We’ll cover key topics like injury prevention, performance optimization, strength training for runners, recovery strategies, and more. Each speaker brings a unique perspective—but we all share one thing in common: a passion for helping runners go further, faster, and healthier.

You’ll walk away with actionable takeaways you can use immediately in your training. And while the session is scheduled for two hours, we expect it to run a bit shorter—leaving time for mingling, Q&A, and enjoying some light snacks.
