Get In, Get Fixed, Get Out

Reading Time: 2mins

A few weeks ago, I started working with a new patient who is the daughter of a family I have worked with in the past.

Their daughter is a dancer and had a new hamstring problem crop up during her winter training/dancing.

The problem was not extremely limiting. But it was there, wasn’t going away on it’s own, and was present during and after her dances.

I implemented my classic One-Two Punch approach.

Punch One = Stop pissing it off
We identified the key aggravating factors and modified them

Punch Two = Do something to make it feel better
I gave her some prescriptive exercises to positively target the involved area.
My One-Two Punch: Stop pissing it off and do something to make it feel better
In a matter of weeks, her pain was totally gone. From a lingering annoyance to no longer a problem at all.

When I was speaking to her father about the situation, he mentioned that the ease of getting in to work with us at Valiant is so smooth and easy that it makes sense to nip these things in the bud instead of letting them fester.

When something small pops up, you don’t have to wait until it becomes a big problem.

You can get in, get fixed, and get back to doing what you love.

She’s back to dancing. Pain free. As if it never happened. That’s how it should be.

Your best is yet to come!
