I can’t start this week’s newsletter without a huge CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who ran the Chicago Marathon this past Sunday.
Running 26.2 miles is no small feat. And whether you did it for the first time or the fifteenth time, you’ve earned ever bit of that accomplishment. Good job to everyone!
Now that Chicago 2025 is in the books, it’s time to shift gears and have some fun in the grass!

It’s a fun and challenging course with multiple heats starting at 8:30am, 9:30am, and 10:30am, held at Lovelace Park.
To give everyone a taste of the course, race director Jim Potts and I, are hosting a FREE group fun run of the course TOMORROW Wednesday October 15th at 7am.
Reply to this email if you’re interested in joining us tomorrow so we can be on the lookout for you.
