Come Say Hi this Sunday!

Reading Time: 1mins

This Sunday, June 15th—Father’s Day—I’ll be out at the Ricky Byrdsong Race Against Hate in Evanston, cheering on runners and connecting with our amazing local community!

If you’re running, walking, spectating, or just enjoying the atmosphere, be sure to swing by the Valiant Physical Therapy table at the vendor fair. I’ll be there all morning and would love for you to stop by and say hello!

We’ll have a special raffle for a $150 Road Runner Sports gift card—perfect for your next pair of running shoes. All you need to do to enter? Just 10 calf raises at the booth. That’s it. Simple. Fun. Quick. And great for your legs!

Whether you’re racing or relaxing, I’d love to meet you, answer any questions about running injuries or performance, and just celebrate this incredible event together.

See you Sunday!

Your best is yet to come!
Dr. Michael
