A Free Live Event for Runners – Expert Tips and Community Vibes

Reading Time: 1mins

If you’re a runner, this is one event you don’t want to miss.

Join us this Saturday for a free, in-person session designed specifically for the running community. I’ll be joined by three other local health and fitness professionals who are deeply passionate about helping runners stay strong, healthy, and performing at their best.

We’ll each cover a topic that directly impacts your ability to train and race consistently—without getting sidelined.

I’ll be diving into something I believe most runners don’t fully understand: the spectrum of bone stress injuries.

Most people only think of stress fractures when they hear “bone stress,” but there’s an earlier phase—bone stress reactions—that often gets missed. I’ll teach you how to recognize the warning signs, understand the difference, and know what to do before it becomes a bigger problem.

Expect practical takeaways, useful tools, and plenty of time to ask questions and connect with others.

Details:

Come for the info, stay for the community. Just show up—and bring a friend if you’d like!
