We’re putting on an Education Event specifically for runners and is FREE to attend! Mark your calendars and share this event with anyone you know who runs!
Who: Dr. Michael Cortese and a handful of other local fitness/health professionals who love helping runners
What: Presenting on a topic relevant to runners in their area of expertise
When: Saturday, May 17th from 11am – 1pm
Where: Heartwood Center, Evanston
Why: To teach runners of the community how to live healthier lives and up their game
How to Attend: The event is FREE and all you’ve gotta do is show up. Tell another runner and bring a friend!
 Free Injury Screens by Dr. Michael @ Road Runner Sports in Wilmette I’m setting up a 2-hour free injury screen event at Road Runner Sports in Wilmette on Saturday May 31st. Details are being finalized. The injury screen will be broken up into 15 minute slots and be 1on1 with Dr. Michael. There are only 8 available slots and will also be available to those who sign up from Road Runner so space is limited! There will be a sign up form sent out once the date and time gets finalized. |
