Easy End of Year Positivity Exercise

Reading Time: 1mins

It is the last day of 2024 and tonight we will ring in 2025!

This time of year is always filled with dreaming and planning for a successful new year. In this email I’m going to lay out a journaling exercise I do every year to look BACKWARDS on the past year.

I’m a big fan of journaling as well as focusing on the positives. This time of year, I always sit down with a couple blank pieces of paper, a calm mind, and my favorite source of caffeine.

I set aside some time and try to absolutely FILL those pages with as many accomplishments, best moments, highlights, and generally great things that occurred in the past year. I encourage you to do the same
Write down all your accomplishments and favorite moments from 2024
Simply spend some time looking back on 2024 and write down your greatest moments. Large and small. Those that happened in January and those that happened just this past week. Everything. Fill the page.

Dig deep and challenge yourself to remember all the great things of 2024. You’ll be surprised with how many you can come up with!

And when looking forward to 2025, just remember, your best is yet to come!
